Digital Product Delivery & Shipping Policy
Last updated: 22 August 2026CookSphere ebooks are digital products. No physical item is packed, posted or shipped to the buyer.
Delivery method
After CookSphere receives confirmed payment, the buyer receives access to a protected PDF download through the CookSphere website. The product page clearly identifies each ebook as a PDF before purchase.
Delivery time
Digital delivery is normally available immediately after successful payment verification. Delays may occur if a payment is pending, additional verification is required, or the website or payment provider is temporarily unavailable.
Download access
Download access is personal to the purchaser and may be time-limited for security. Buyers should save the PDF to their own device after purchase. Sharing, resale, public uploading or redistribution is prohibited under the Terms of Use.
No physical shipping
CookSphere does not charge shipping fees or collect a delivery address for PDF ebooks. Shipping timelines, courier tracking and cash on delivery do not apply to digital purchases.
Delivery problems
If payment succeeds but the download is not released, email anirudhsingh283@gmail.com with the purchaser name, email address, ebook title and payment reference. Never send a card number, CVV, OTP, UPI PIN or banking password.
Incorrect or unusable files
If the supplied PDF is corrupted, incomplete or does not match the ebook purchased, contact CookSphere within 7 days. CookSphere will provide a replacement file or handle the issue under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
