Refund and Cancellation Policy

Digital ebooks
Because a downloadable PDF is delivered immediately after verified payment, completed digital purchases are normally non-refundable once the download has been released. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Duplicate or failed transactions
Contact CookSphere if you were charged twice, payment succeeded but no download was released, or the file is technically unusable. Provide the buyer email, ebook title and payment reference—never an OTP or PIN.
Consulting cancellations
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are included in the written quotation. Work already completed and non-refundable third-party costs may be deducted where permitted. If CookSphere cancels before providing the agreed service, the amount paid for the unprovided service will be returned through the original payment method.
Requesting support
Email anirudhsingh283@gmail.com within 7 days of the issue. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and may take the payment provider’s normal processing time.
