Project terms

Scope and prices

Service base prices and custom quotes are defined in USD. Clients can select a supported checkout currency. The website converts the base price using available reference exchange rates and displays the currency, exact amount and rate date before checkout. The converted amount and currency are fixed when checkout starts. If rates cannot be obtained, clients may choose USD or retry later. Ebook writing with an ebook front cover costs $100 per started 1,000-word block, with a minimum of 1,000 words. Paperback and hardcover packages each cost $500 per book and require a client-supplied manuscript. Custom quotes identify the scope, amount, formats, schedule and any agreed milestones before payment. Your bank or payment provider may apply additional fees. INR payments can use UPI, cards, netbanking or wallets where available; foreign-currency payments use supported enabled methods. A listed currency does not guarantee payment-account approval for that currency.

Deliverables and revisions

Fixed book packages include DOCX, PDF and EPUB files plus the stated ebook or print cover. Two revision rounds within the original brief are included. Changes to topic, manuscript, length, language, trim size, platform or deliverables may require an additional quote. Delivery timing is agreed in project messages after reviewing your brief and source material; there is no automatic delivery deadline.

Client material and approvals

Supply material you are entitled to use, final author details and the publishing specifications. Review drafts, cover text and final proofs carefully before uploading. Files are prepared for agreed specifications; publishing-platform acceptance, sales and rankings are not guaranteed. Publishing-account login details should never be shared in project messages.

Tools and attribution

AI tools may be used in drafting or visuals. Agree any restrictions, image licensing, originality requirements and necessary publishing disclosures before work begins. Recipe testing, nutrition calculations, medical review and translations are included only when expressly agreed in the quote. Do not describe an untested recipe as tested.

Payment and custom work

Payment is collected through secure provider checkout; card details are not stored by CookSphere. A project is marked paid only after the provider confirms captured payment. Custom work starts after you accept and pay its written quote. Extra work requires a separate quote and payment. Payment alone does not approve missing specifications: confirm the brief and schedule with Anirudh inside the portal.

Cancellation and refunds

Request cancellation in project messages. If work has not started, a refund may be requested. Once work has started, any refund is assessed against the agreed scope and work already delivered; payment for undelivered work is reviewed individually. Anirudh confirms any agreed refund through the original payment provider. These terms do not remove rights under applicable law.

Private access and communication

Save your project ID and private access key. The key grants access to messages and files, so do not share it or include it in public links. Projects stay accessible on this device for up to 90 days unless browser cookies are cleared. Use your key on another device. Email is collected for identification and contact; automatic email notifications are not currently provided. Check your project for replies.
